Hard for me to leave this because the owners were so nice but this was by far the most expensive and bland Thai food I’ve had in Tacoma. The chicken in the pad Thai was overcooked and rubbery, too. It was more or less a giant clump of stuck together noodles. Thai food usually has a lot of flavor but this didn’t. There also could have been more vegetables in my other dish. I understand the prices have come up in most places but this seems a bit outrageous and for that price I’d expect a comparable product. There are much tastier options in Tacoma for less.
Edit: I appreciate the owners acknowledgement which is a good indicator that this could have been an off night. Wanted to also add that the place was very clean and again, the staff was very welcoming and attentive.
The best food i ever ate in my entire life, the food and the prices are match (sometimes I can’t finish my food cause there are alot). Specifically good in Papaya Salad. They have good communicate with costumers. Thank you for the delicious food❤️
UPDATE: I’m really sad to take away 2 stars. The service on 10/10/21 was just no up to the standard that it always was. No one refilled our water even once. The employees were at the counter the whole time on their phones and chatting. Years and years of good service and it’s sad that they now have inattentive employees. Really sets the tone. Will probably be looking for a new place.
I’ve been to this place back in 2014 & now. Food is still made with quality! Their pad Thai is really good and the spice levels are true to the number you choose! Staff is friendly, place is clean! Definitely give it a try! However, bring a jacket, they love to have AC on full blast and I always get super cold inside.
Today was my first time eating here, but definitely won't be the last. When I first got there the menue seemed a little pricey, but I can assure you it's worth it. My food was fairly quick and perfectly cooked. We ordered Mongolian beef, chicken Pad Thai and spicy garlic fried chicken. I tried every dish and each one as good as the next. Flavor and spice levels both on point. I did have to send a couple of dirty plates back but they quickly brought clean plates over. Staff were friendly and pretty attentive. Overall good experience and looking forward to visiting again.
Quaint local restaurant. I'm so glad we tried it. Portions are huge, definitely shareable, or you'll have take-home for tomorrow. I ordered the Angel Salad (I think that was the name of it), with chicken, DELICIOUS!!!! Definitely be back, thanks.
I ordered the yakisoba with chicken and yakisoba with tofu. I Specified level of spice. Neither had any spice whatsoever,
The chicken yakisoba noodles were way overcooked and the dish was very salty. Not good. Very disappointing considering and over priced. I Will not order from here again.
Very nice atmosphere, nice people, we ordered Curry fried rice, coconut prawns and Tom Ka soup, all delicious and the mango smoothie was excellent you can taste is all natural, definitely we will be back soon. No food pictures because we usually don’t do this often, sorry!

It's a yes for me. I really enjoyed the food, very tasty and enough for me to take some home. No complaints about the service. Atmosphere is not what I came here for. I'll certainly return anytime I'm in the area.
